just got my new 112, opened the box wound the watch and must have wound it too far...felt a pop....now watch will not run at all....any hints on what might have happened....I am so upset!

what has happened to puretime....want to order a watch...but has not responded to me in over two weeks!!

anyone know of any accurate destro models....been looking for a while, with no luck...any help??

I received a black/silver sub dial BCE...the overall watch quality is EXCELLENT...but I am a bit upset...there is a blemish on the dial by one of the hour markers that is very noticeable when looking at the watch....I would send it back and thats what I plan on doing, but I am just concerned about the customs issues and getting the watch seized...I would rather just purchase a new dial from one of our dealers and have it put on by a local watchmaker...do any of you guys know if it is possible to get a replacement dial from our dealers?? I just received my BCE....the crono functions as it should but the hour meter does not seem to work or reset...any ideas??

I had the same on a package to UK it got thereok but then was sent back to sender due to adress problems, i had to wit a while but josh sorted me out, just relax when you make an order start to read a book (some times "war and Peace" would be good and the watch will be there some time after you have finished the book. I would never order to a tight time frame again after last christmas when i tryed it, give it plenty of time, EMS will come through in the end.

I just dont understand how they could mess up the address...after it is clearly confirmed after ordering....at the very least Josh could send a replacement asap....

Unless you get a friend to carry it onto a plane, you're out of luck.

Any courier package will normally get checked.

If you use Fedex, the package will be opened by customs. At best, you'll get charged import duty on it. At worst, you'll get humped for import duty price of a gen or have your watch confiscated.

Will UPS work?? or does EMS have a quicker shipping option?

Yeah...it was EMS....I called the USPS to confirm...they said it was sent back....this sucks!!...Would UPS work?....why do you say not to use FEDEX?

ordered a watch from Josh...tracking says returned due to Insufficient address....do you guys think josh would send another ASAP(maybe FEDEX)....as it is going to be a birthday gift on Friday....I am totally freakin' out!! I know the address was correct...as verified in my payment confirmation...

He may want to improve the appearance of his watch and has the chance to pick up a gen bezel cheap? Or he has damaged his bezel and thought it was a good opportunity to get a gen replacement? I too would be interested to know if it is possible. Peope here are known to have an interest in upgrading their watches with gen parts, no?

I know Angus said the Steelfish bezel was fitted to the case in a manner unlike the genuine and as such was not removable. I did not ask him about the Evolution, but it may be worth emailing him or the dealer you purchased it from to find out

I am thinking of ordering a CE with the asian 7750 from Josh....this watch is the newest CE with all the bells and whistles...is this an ok movement...because the swiss version seems a bit steep at a price of almost $700....I would rather have basically the same watch for almost half the $$...thanks for the input!

I know that we can no longer get river's top version of the PP 24....or if we can please let me know where....but I am looking for a watch for my wife...need to know how good Josh's Carter Tank with diamonds is (swiss quartz version). Any help would be appreciated!!
