My original black insert is scratched up and the blue TT insert is the only thing I can find on ebay for cheap. I actually ordered a black one from Raymond Lee, but he sent me a wrong one.

If you can live with a green bezel, you shouldn't have problem with blue.

I got a cheap 1680 blue OEM insert on ebay. I would like to have the black one, but it's $150+ on ebay. Just installed it with an OEM #127 crystal.

A dealer should: 1. know what they are selling. Sappire crystal, movement... 2. correctly present the advertised item. 3. be honest. 4. deliver the product in a timely manner. A may-not-be-working tracking number is better than no tracking number. 5. reply emails in a timely manner. 6. give the buyers the benefit of doubt. Murphy's law states "Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong." It's not always due to buyer's stupidity when things go wrong. 7. try to find a mutually beneficial solution when things go wrong. 8. look for long term relationship. Don't get personal. It's just businesss. my 2 cents. I recommend Andrew, Joshua, EL, river, King, PT, and silix-prime.

Definitely not the case for the small dealers. I ve heard two small dealers saying that they don't want to pay the fee at RWG/TRC as they don't get much sales through RWG, also considering that RWI is free. One of the dealer even told me that he doesn't want to sell replicas anymore. The profit margin is shrinking and buyers are expecting more and more. Big Dealers are setting up websites, so they don't have to rely on the forums.

Bad idea for dealers. They pay higher fee to sell here and it sucks if mod decides to limit access.

Don't you think the time you wasted on finding illegal mp3 costs more than the money you spent for legal mp3? I usually have to use MP3 tag editor to edit those illegal mp3s. It's not worth my time.

How about lottery every month? It should be easy to make $100 extra per month. Prize can be watch or 1 yr RWG Supporter membership. Also, I think it's time to close TRC and redirect traffic to RWG. Members should host the images and avatar on freehosting websites like photobucket and imageshack.
