Only way to know. Might be an early Luminova-dial. Lume got a bit stronger toward the end of 16610's lifespan.

 

P.S. Why would you suspect your mother got hassled? It makes no sense to me.

She got it from a 2nd hand dealer. But i went into rolex and they checked it and everything is alright ! thanks guys ! 

Got it as a gift from my mother , just want to make sure. Cause the lume is pretty weak. Other than that looks fine but you never know
