My Premoon from 1967/8 is 41.37mm not including crown. For what its worth buy the gen. The prices are really low right now. Of all my watches it is really my fav.

I also have a crystal with cyclops for a TTK sub.

Just wanted to thank my friend from the north (The Zigmeister) for helping me out of a pickle with a nice shiny new replacemen spring for my 7750. Since I didn't have anything that The Zigmeister wanted in trade I am going to pay it forward. I have a few clutch springs for the 775x that I am willing to send out if you need one. These springs get sprung pretty easily so chances are if you work on your watches you will need one.
Thanks again Zig.

Really nutz....I read through this tread and didn't realize this was the movement that I was looking at buying yesterday. Weird. The thing looks good except the fat stamping. Very odd indeed. Pair this with a J&W case and you have a vinty sub, sorta. LOL

Very nice job B16!!!
There were many variations on the FF, also displayed by the reference that Laz listed that, so an odd ball part or two is certainly possible.
My hats off to DSN, we've been waiting a long time for a vintage FF and a reasonable price to boot!
Maybe I can put this dial to use.... -finally!
Dude. My pants are getting tight. That dial is SWEET! I remember someone a few years ago on RWI board commissioning reps of this dial and I missed out. You are like the dial king.

These are getting harder to find everyday! I just love mine! I have seen a few with the incorrect Poljot movement in them as well.
I just wish somebody could do a refinished dial where the baseball diamonds are in the correct position. To me that is the only giveaway on these watches from gen.
The 7836 bands are hard to find. I wish they made a good rep of them with the folded links and the 589/593 endlinks!
Enjoy!
Yeah after looking at it his dial is WAY out. No bad to toomuchgear here just an observation. I looked over J&W site and his stuff is wow expensive. I would expect his stuff to be spot on for that kind of coin. He markets his stuff as replacement 1:1 but $$$$$ will cost you. What say the experts of his other dials? I saw the Omega 300 and I was not impressed.

Does anyone know if this is a "standard"rep Daytona case?

but if you decide to scrap it you could drop a hammer spring my way. LOL. Otto Frei has the parts too.

Hey all. I need a hammer spring for a 7750 used in the Pam196. Is there any of you guys have a parts 7750 that could spare the spring? It is just the curved thing in p/n 65.171.
Thanks.

You are reading my mind. I need one aswell who has them?

Just an update. Turns out the auction was probably a scam. It appears that the guy listing the watch simply pulled pics off of a known watch forum and advertised them as "the actual watch". It is unknown if the seller even had a watch, fake or otherwise.

is this for real? Auction has ended and pics suck but what are your thoughts?

b16a2....If you live near a Syms go there and buy your tux. Two days ago I was there and they had FULL tuxedos for $25.oo. They also had white dinner jackets for $20.00. I almost fell over. I am a certified fashion wanna be as well as one that can spot a cheap fused breasted suite from 10 feet away. These were pretty good. Looked far more expensive than $25.00
