  1. These for the weekend:
  2. Hope you and J have a fantastic trip/vacation to France. Post some pics when you get back for those of us not lucky enough to get a chance to travel lately.
  3. Modded DSN 195 for me to start the week:
  4. Been waiting for this one as well. Shouldn't be that hard for them to do. They already have the case. Just need to do the bracelet and bezel and the other small details. Surprised that they haven't done this one yet considering how well the GMT-IIC has done.
  5. Chief that looks fantastic! I've always liked these on the bracelets but yours looks great on the strap. I think I spent about 9 or 10 months actively looking for one of these before I gave up on finding one. Enjoy!
  6. I have given a lot of thought to selling off my BB several times but maybe I should just get a bracelet for it and see how I feel then. It looks great on a bracelet. I also agree about the blue SFSO. I've had mine on a blue gen Pro Diver and really haven't worn it that much. Swapped a black one on and like it much better. As for my Skyland I like it on the bracelet (when I want it blingy), gen rubber, croc/deplyant, and calf/tang buckle. Also planning to try it out on a Ocean Racer strap as well. I think that's why I'm liking the Skyland so much. It works well with any of those combos.
  7. Yes more pics please. Had the case bead blasted??
  8. Those are great shots that give an idea of how dark the dial and strap on the 06 CD are. The dial and strap on it are definately darker then the blue SFSO and gen Pro Diver strap. They often appear almost black on the Cousteau.
  9. I'm with you blade. At least some of use put some pics up. There should be far more though for how many views this has gotten.
  10. Yes. If I'm not mistaken the 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm OR straps all use the same deplyant clasp. I may get a rep 24mm OR just to use the clasp for gen 22mm rubber as well. There is supposed to be a 22mm Ocean Racer rep strap out as well. As for the Skyland it's kind of a love it or hate it thing with how it fits. My favorite watches were already thick Breitlings so I love how it fits me. The bracelet is a bit blingy at times but I often throw it on a gen Pro Diver and it's absolutely perfect for me like that. I'm all over a V2 Blacksteel whenever they come out. I think that part of the reason that we are seeing alot of used AS's come up for sale also has to do with the fact that a ton of them have sold. The more there are in members hands the more likely they are to showup for sale.
  11. You're going to need a 24mm strap for the SOH.
  12. 192 and Daytona for me:
  13. I thought it was a girlfriend left me / ex-girlfriend thread. At least the pics I posted were of my ex. No way am I letting you guys see the pics the current GF just gave me.
  14. The Zigmeisterfied 113E on the other GSD Crazy Horse today:
  15. Found a couple more:
  16. Ok here you go guys. My ex. I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy though. And here's the ring I yanked off her finger as I booted her out and took back the truck I bought for her. And yes she deserved it.
  17. That's ok skool. I can understand if you don't want a pic showing her face but you could at least give us a full size pic though. Whoa now that's what I'm talking about blade. Is that the current one or an ex?
  18. No problem. Surprised it wasn't there already!
  19. Wow I love reading threads like this. There are some truly kind and generous members here.
  20. Wow some fantastic stuff in there Dani! Especially the gen JLC and Emergency. I've often thought of picking up a gen Emergency. Maybe one of these days if I find a too good to pass up deal.
  21. Flav 187 again for me:
  22. Exactly! As long as you are just a little bit faster than the slowest one you'll be ok.
  23. Flav/EL 187 today:
  24. @Fireman_Fred Yeah it takes forever to figure out whcih to wear. Usually put on something to wear to work and grab another to switch up with at the end of the workday. @dadog Well some of the dupes came about because I had a chance to grab multiples of stuff that was getting hard to find. Especially the swiss mvt PAM's and the E movement ones. The 217 on the far left is an unmodded swiss mvt and a week after it arrived I had a chance to buy a nicely modded one over at RG. The 127's kind of the same thing. Got a great deal on the DSN and a month or so later had a chance to grab a fully modded one from a friend. Some are modded. The 217, 127, 036, 111H, 111E, 253, and 187 are all modded. The 183 and 210 are going to be modded. The 196 is an old case and is going to be turned into a 7753 project. And I have parts here to build an 010D, 112, 172, 177 and a couple other things. @Toadtorrent It's just one Homer box. Wish I had seven. If I did I think I could sell all of them and probably fund a gen PAM. @Corgi Thanks! @greg_r And to think when I started collecting I keep thinking what's the deal with these PAM's. Doubted at the time that I would ever get one. Boy was I wrong. @phoband, FDG, laz Thanks! Comming from you guys that means alot since you guys have very nice collections yourselves. @ST4 Thanks! And thanks for the help with me trying to figure out whether or not I had an old case 196.
