Thanks for the reply By-Tor, I'll grab it if it were a blue dial
But am sure the Damasko will bring me the same amount of joy, if not more
-

Noobs question.
How do we know it is from Seagull and not from other Chinese clone? any Seagull's stamping on the movement?
-
Guys, quick price check.
How much is the going price (used) for the following model? Bought in 2007
I'm offering the seller $1000 for the watch.
Shall I get this or Damasko DA36?
-
I've paid $190 + $20 ship for 177L from Tony but unfortunately, movement was dead and sent back to China.
-
Guys, Getat stated that the movement is from Seagull.
Is that anyway to determine whether the movement is from Seagull or otherwise?
-
I might not be to afford one.
But do you mind PM me the cost?
-
Heuer Carrera.
-
This had happened to my 177 and I had to send it back to the dealer as well.I guess theres some issues with the movements on certain batches from factory
looks like the stem broke....it's a very delicate part, never push it and pull it several times, you may damage the sliding or windingpinion or settinglever
I've sent an email to Tony, let's see how it goes.
But dann, Chinese New Year is approaching, am sure he will go on long leaves
-
Guys, my 177L stop ticking!
What should I look out for to 'revive' the watch(i.e. to check whether the spring is stuck) before I send for repair?
-
Great choice Mine saying hi.

Wow, this watch looks awesome, never seen/heard about it before but I am now very interested!
