  1. Honestly, the engraving on the rehaut absolutely ruins the watch for me. Which is a shame, because a bigger SD could have gotten me to pull the trigger on a gen...

I have to agree, I think the extra text makes it somewhat messy. I like the ceramic bezel though, I've seen a GMT Master with the same and it looked superb.

  2. Rolex Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA

I've just seen the new Rolex Sea-Dweller, looks incredible.

    Specs:

    43mm

    3900m

    Titanium case back

Black dial with luminescent gold indices and hands

    Ceramic bezel

Price? I dread to think, bring on the replica!

    What does everyone think?

  3. Trying to decide which model (my first) Panerai to get, problem is which one! Will probably source from Andrew (TT) as I've dealt with him before.

I'm after a plain, clean looking black face (ie. no subs), but am open to suggestions.

Also was thinking of getting a 40mm, but that limits choice, so 44mm's ok as well.

Also I'm after a reliable movement (ETA?)- don't mind paying extra for a watch that'll last.

Give me some ideas? What's your fave Panerai?

    Cheers,

  4. Hello Everyone,

Having purchased a Super Sea Dweller recently from Andrew there are a couple of issues I with it. Overall I love the watch, but when I leave the watch for more than 24 hours, it stops. Is this normal? I expected a bit longer. What kind of power reserve does this movement usually have?

Also, screwing the crown in is a bit hit and miss. I have difficulty lining up the threads. Again, is this to be expected? I have gens where this doesn't happen.

    Many Thanks

    Muffle.

  5. Hi there,

Having recently purchased a 'Super' SeaDweller, it came with the wetsuit bracelet extension already attached. I was wondering how you remove it? it doesn't fit all that well so would be better without it, but I can't seem to work out how the bracelet attaches without it. Watch is fantastic by the way.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks, Muffle.

  6. Hi, great forum, came here 4 hours ago for the first time looking for the views on the best place to buy replica watch. Have read loads of interesting things, but haven't seen any store recommendations - am I missing something? Where does one get a decent replica watch? I really don't want to get ripped off.

    Thanks.
