If you talk about the 7750, the lack of regulator is a good sing of 28k.

There is a lot of "fantasy" old watch that was pocket watch and are transformed to wrist one. This is hard to evaluate if it's not a real model. The movement worth is fair share of money, but beside that, if it's fantasy... How many wrist watch was that big in the 20-30s ?..

Buying a new house soon, I need to make some decoration on a tight budget : ) I looked on ebay and there is a lot of "oil paint" that come from China, at ok price ($60-120) So I ordered one just to see. Well I was surprised and happy.. Probably more a canvas transfer than "paint", but look really good actually! Now I wonder.. where the hell those seller get them? I am sure they are probably under $30 each and I still pay premium by ebay. So, I was wondering if anyone here is aware of a web site where I can get some cheaper than ebay. I have found www.doupine.com which sell some I have seen on ebay for about $10 (lol knew it) but I want to find other store. Thanks

Narikaa is the only case I remember of a Broken Tourby.. and a local watchsmith (well local is Asian ) repaired it for like $5.. We aren't a lot on these forums to have one.. So not a lot of horror story on them. Shameless video of mine:

Actually, after wearing my Breitling (BCE, Skyland), PAM and Hublot, I was a bit disapointed about the size of the UPO. I think for a "big watch", it wear really small.

I don't really like to point out this, but on another forum, there is a group buy for it which come to $200 shipped. Can't go wrong for that price. I got the 007 edition on Stainless Steel bracelet.

Something to keep in mind.. Unmarked model do come with warranty (2 years in case of Homer or River)

Homer watch + AR Crystal (I need to send mine...) I didn't found the strap to be cheap.. Not at all (I have the black and brown one)

I now have 6x A7750 chrono + 1 Seagull and all of them are top shape. Oldest is 3 years old. The last one (Porsche) had issue.. It's the first one and it was sent back. I have bought 2 for friend, which they wore everyday, and they have no problem. So..9 out of 10 are fine.. I must be lucky..

I use Parallels.. Found it work quite well when I need to do some basic work in Windows.. for more advence Windows need, use Bootcamp. (Parallels can use Bootcamp Partition)

If you have a Credit card which extend the warranty of everything you buy.. then no. I would go with Applecare for a Macbook. For an iMac, I don't see anything that could break easily after the first year. So I would save my money. If you DO go for AppleCare, don't get it from Apple. You can find it in other store or even Ebay for much cheaper.. and yes, it's legal, it work and everything. I hate Apple keybord/mouse.. They "look nice" (I don't quite like them) but fact is there is much better combo on "PC side" that 100% work with apple. Go with Logitech Edit: Almost forgot... Mac are now PCs.. Yep.. no need to buy "mac memory" or "mac hard drive".. Any PC part will work fine with the newest Mac. (yes even memory isn't as picky as it was 2 years ago)

you know it's actually quite easy and even better to buy a leather strap elsewhere? I love this watch, I was ready to order it when I looked at all my watches and... How much you paid for this? IF it's sub $200, well you paid for the lower quality.. a Kin is near $400 and +.

When I got my Black Macbook back 2 years ago, it was the CHEAPEST option for a 13.3" Laptop. (Ok only Sony and Lenovo offered one) 3 weeks ago, a Dell XPS with same configuration than my new Macbook was only 90$ cheaper... And still made of plastic.. So, what is overpriced? Don't compare with Acer or other crap brand.. Try to find my an all Aluminum Laptop with same spec cheaper than Apple...

I work on PC 95% of the time. I state even before Windows existed. I have 3 PC (quite recent and powerful) at home. But, I have a Macbook for my laptop. I had a Black Macbook and I just switched to the new Aluminum one. They are very nice and for everyday use, Mac OS is great. (I'm too much PC guy to only work on Apple, but for my need, the Macbook is great)

Agree.. Started with a 5 watch box.. "Well I will stop when full".. now with a 12 watch box "ahh.. I will never fill that" and now both are full and Looking for something bigger that I will surely not fill! I swear All mine come from AceTimer.. Good price/Quality/Strange smell

You pay for the Brand Name... Why Hublot watch cost 18k$ when a swiss 7750worth $500 and the rest of the watch can be made fore under $100 ? Same with Rolex, Omega, Breitling name it ! (Or just look at some Quartz Tag that look like $30 Casio..)

This is a nice feature. I'm not quite used to the new CS4 interface.. I have both cs3 and cs4 installed and find myself opening CS3 most of the time. As for picture.. a 90mm Tamron 2.8Di macro lens at F45 do a great job... if you have a 10-20sec exposure time
