I've just bought a genuine Tudor Tiger. It's been through the wars a bit, it has a aftermarket bracelet and the pawnshop owner was a bit too vigorous with his polishing. But I paid under the odds so I'm happy. I'd like to get it back to the original (or as close as possible). Some of these models (79280) came with the sharkskin strap, polished lugs and an endlink which was matt/polished/matt. Some came with matt lugs, a jubilee style bracelet and a matt/polished/matt/polished/matt endlink. My questions are Do I need the endlinks to attach a strap? Or will a curved end strap fit? I've read somewhere that you need curved spring bars for a strap on this watch. Is that correct? Where would I find the end links? Where would I find a strap? Where would I find a bracelet/deployment that's not gonna break the bank (replica?) Help me out guys. R

My WSO 580 endlinks arrived and I am trying to get these to fit with my Puretime 1680 case and gen spec bars. Here is my problem: The end pieces accept the bars just fine, and when I install them it feels like the tips of the pins are engaging with the interior chamfer of the lugholes, but for the life of me I cannot get the pins to engage further and fully snap into the actual hole. This is a much better fit than my original Puretime endlinks, which didn't even allow the tips to come close to the holes, but it still isn't acceptable. The underside of the WSO endlinks also fits flush against the underside of the case, whereas the underside of the original Puretime endlinks was angled. Overall the WSO looks like a more professional and well designed fit - cleaner. Is there something else I should be doing with these? I have tried pushing on the ends to try to get them to engage. I have tried pushing towards the case while wiggling, I have tried pushing up and down, and from different angles. Am I missing a simple step here? Do these need to be bent or sanded? Thanks!

Hey all, Looking to add some custom fabricated endlinks to my most recent aquisition: any idea of where this can be done? I've googled a bunch, but have found nothing solid yet.. (Preferably in CONUS).
