for those with Graham chronofighters

Hi everyone , im new on the forum and new with watches.. im set on buying a Graham chronofighter ranger (yellow faced ) and wanted to get some opinions of the fellow board members as to which site/place to buy from, i dont mind paying a little more as long as the watch is good quality and as close as possible to the real deal .

i did some searching on here but couldnt realy find conclusive info ...

and last , is there realy a diff when one watch sais swiss 7750 movement as to oppose asian 7750 movement ? or is it all the same ?
