seadweller3
I just received a beautiful ladies Yachtmaster from Josh for my wife but the springbar that attaches the bracelet to the clasp is weak and keeps popping out, rendering the watch unable to be worn. This is a present for her and I really want to get it fixed ASAP. I was resizing the watch for her and as I opened the clasp it became unattached from the bracelet! I believe I need a stronger springbar that will engage better once it is fitted in the clasp holes. If any of you gents have any (12mm) that you can spare PLEASE let me know. I would really appreciate it!
chubbchubb
You can get these at any AD, watchmaker or store that sells straps. Might be quicker than waiting for someone to send you one. Just don't take the rep along.
trailboss
Have a look and make shure that the clasp holes have been broached propperly too. It may be the hole rather than the bar. If that is the problem a light scrape with a de-buring tool should fix it as it's prob only a bit of crap on the edge of the hole. Col.
