chinese tourbillon repair?

I have had a chinese tourbillon for a couple of years. Now it's stopped moving for some mysterious reason. Shouldn't be anything major, but who knows...

Can someone recommend a place/person that wouldn't charge me more than a whole watch like this would cost?

I'm in the US, not that it matters.
