How do you straighten a dial marker?

So lets say a raised numeral or part of a logo is slightly crooked, how do you straighten it?

If it's removable you take it off, and hopefull can re-install it straight.

If it's not removable it's virtually impossible to fix, you would have to do some micro painting/luming to fix the misalignment, which is very difficult...
