Stripped Gears On Rolex Replica

Hi,

I have stripped gears on my watch and need to find a repair person that I can send the watch to get fixed. My two local repair shops say that they cannot fix the watch...do not have the right tools or something like that. Can someone recommend a place to send my watch to get fixed?
