chubbchubb Posted August 13, 2009 Report Share Posted August 13, 2009 The UDT 1000 XL is a very nice watch. It's big,(I have one myself and it wears like a PAM)and a great tool watch. It's quartz - but I don't really care. Chase Durer is not a huge Seiko like company, but a smaller US brand. Most of their watches are assembled in Switzerland and then shipped to the US. Sometimes, if one model is very popular, they run out of stock and need to reorder. That's what happened here.
