Speedmaster Bracelet Help?

OK, I'm not that much of a dork or a noob but i'm stumped.

I just got a truly stunning black SMP from Joshua with the correct Speedy style bracelet and it has has me stumped? I've sized every Seiko bracelet and Pam reps, and Subs and GMT's and a screw link SMP GMT and my P.O.'s and a VC Overseas and a Conquistador and even a Tag Link but all I've done so far is scratch this one

It seems to use pins and not screws (good) but there are no arrows to show which way the pins go out and I experimented with my screw/pin tool and could only get one pin part way out???

I'd really have to wait and take it to a watchmaker tomorrow for a simple bracelet adjustment
