Hi, I purchased a very nice PAM with Asian 7750 a month ago. A watch is running just fine.

I'm only a little bit concerned with it's power reserve. I normally wear a watch Mondy to Friday, 8-18. I found out that I must wind it manually on Monday morning quite a lot (100 pushes up) to reach the end of the week without stopping. Even so, a watch would sometimes stop one night before the end of a week. In all cases it would stop over weekend. If I would not wind a watch manually on Monday morning and only wear it during the day, It would stop during the night, same day.

Is it normal that replicas have a such weak power reserve?

Do I have to wind it more? 100 pushes is maybe only 30 turns of the crown?

Thanks.

If you indeed have the 7750 movement in it, it's automatic. It should wind on your wrist as you wear it.. I've seen most of my auto reps have a power reserve somewhere around 40 hours.. so.. it should keep running through the weekend after wearing it on friday.. and it shouldn't stop at all during the week.. maybe something is wrong with your auto-winding-assemby... ? once it stops can you get it going just by moving it around a bunch? if not.. probably wanna have it looked at by a watchsmith..

Yes, to get it going again I must turn it around quite heavily.

I hope this is only a small issue which the local watchsmith can handle.

Thanks.

The power reserve fully wound should be around 40 hours but if you have the chrono running then this is reduced to around 30 hours. All automatics need winding if they have stopped.
