how to find an 8day jlc for a RAD 190

all these posts on 8 day movements is stirring up my old love for the 190. I have a simple 183, but it aint no 190 :whistling:

would it just be "easier" to buy a used one on paneristi? or would i be able to commission someone to build? what would this cost me if possible?
