Loose pusher on iwc slevin.

I have an IWC slevin where the top pusher fell off and the little spring inside fell to oblivion. I have tried to push the pusher back in, but it is very loose and is likely to fall off during normal use. Is there a good way of fixing this. The chrono is non-working anyway, because a missing transmission between the pusher and the movement.

Any help is appresiated.

Thanks.

The biggest problem is not the fact that the pusher fell off, it is that the part that was holding the pusher is now loose and inside the watch case and will get jammed up inside the movement.

You shouldn't wind or use the watch until you have the case opened and the part removed, otherwise you could damage the movement.

As for the pusher, once you find the missing screw or C clip, simply glue the pusher in the case if you don't want it to work.

I purchased a Slevin from Josh last year, when a new bunch of these were found.

Last night I was giving the watch a polish and the top chrono pushed out - just like the OP. However I do have the spring still.

I was hoping to sell this watch soon but I think I need to get the pusher fixed first. I have no faith in my skills in watchsmithery so I am planning to ask Domi to fix it - or do you think someone would buy the watch knowing this would need to be done?

Btw I have no clue what sort of repair cost this would be. Any thoughts?
