jfreeman420 Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 Picked this up last week from my local dealer. Really nice quality. The white dial with yellow/orange accents really pops. I see myself trending towards white dials recently. Nice change from all the black dials in my collection. Something you don't see every day. This watch although large, is very comfortable to wear. People complain about the straps on these but this one seems to be pretty good. Soft leather. I am also a bracelet guy but have recently been trying rubber straps. This is my first leather in a while. BTW, the power reserve works. I know nothing about IWC. Can anyone comment on the flaws of this watch? Enjoy the pics. burnz Posted December 29, 2009 Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 main flaw on this would be the dial. the gen dial is not white, it's got a shiny silver color. tried on the gen at the AD when i went to shop for a big ingy. it's nothing short of spectacular. but unfortunately the ADs only sell it in a set of 2 watches, and i had no use whatsoever for the smaller "Son" watch.
