Bracelet Tag Link

I just received my Tag Link, it's beautiful, but can anybody please explain me how to adjust the bracelet? I can't seem to sort it out myself...

Hahaha... hmm... one question left... the first page of the manual says you have to push the pin out of the link. After pushing it 7mm out of the link I can't pull it out... it's stuck... what should I do?

Pull it out with pliers. And clear the table top for when it comes out because your pulling hand will go flying once it comes loose. These pins are a pain to get out but easy to get back in.
