V2 / V3 Skyland: Few Q's

I recently purchased a V3 skyland from Hont, but due to EMS , I had to go abroad before I received the watch. I am now watchless.

I have found a V2 for sale, which has been "water tested". Now debating getting the V2 and selling the V3 later. So...

1- V2 / V3 the lume itself, at night, which one is better? Significantly?

2- The V2 is said to have better AR, how significant is the difference? I couldn't find detailed pictures comparing both in the exact same environment.

3- Has anyone had trouble waterproofing the V3? (I'll be needing the watch during my vacation, so snorkeling/swim/windsurf)
