sander
I think it's not the crown. All the BP I have seen so far have a problem with the crown tube. (fixed tube inside the case) Sooner or later the threat get stripped. You will not solve this with a new crown. You need a new tube for it. Unfortunately, the dealers will not supply them. A simple and temporally solution is to squeeze the tube a little with a plier. Very very gentile. I have "fixed" many of these problems like this. To remove the crow (with stem) you need to push the button.

To remove the crow (with stem) you need to push the button. First of all Thanks to Randy, i've made it to release the stern/crown. And your right Sander it's that button.. But try and find that one when you don't know where to look... I've looked arround the forum, and just couldn't find that specific question with the sollution. I took the stern out of the movement, and it seems that the stern and crown are one item together. You can screw the crown into the stern when you push the crown. But that one just doesn't work in my case... Even when i try it without attaching it to the movement.. I think in my case the new stern and crown will do the trick... But what do you mean with the fixed tube inside the movement? cause if that is the case, i think i need to replace the movement... Ron

beocreem
I found that the crown can be screwed on the stem..... But.... Sanders right... It's not the crown, it's the tube inside the Case.. Lets see if andrew can fix that.
watchguy7575
Thank goodness for this forum. I have had this watch out of commission for 2 years and all I needed was a set of pliers. Fantastic.
