The Lume comes as a powder and 2 liquids. One liquid is a sprirt based varnish and is mixed 1:1 by volume with the powder. The other liquid is a dilutor which then allows control of the lume mix. I would say that it is like a honey sort of consistency and ofcourse you have to be really careful not to get overspill as the solvent based varnish will remove the paint from the dial - good luck - you'll need it!!
