parts help

I would like to buy parts to make a PAM222 with the following mods:

1. pvd

2. crystal with no cyclops

what do i need? and where can I get the bits?

thanks from a total newbie

P.S. I intend to send the bits to a watchmaker to put it all together (although im not sure he lumes, so lumed dial and hands would be nice)
