Tag Carrera Racing clasp problem

Hi guy's,

I received a Tag Carrera Chronograph today with a ss bracelet and have a small issue with the clasp. Only one of the small lugs seems to engage when I close it, has anyone else had this problem and can it be fixed or is it a new clasp? I've contacted the (trusted) dealer and hope he can sort it, failing this anyone know where I can get a replacement and also if a gen strap would fit?
