May I know what is the correct crystal (edge and center) thickness per gen for 44mm Pre-A PAM?

What is the correct diameter?

Afaik, it's the same as contemporary crystal. 3.5mm center, ~2.95mm at the edge, 35.5mm diameter.

Where can I buy the crystal beside getting the gen?

$90 from DSN or $105 from eBay seller Wholesaleoutlet990. You'll have to strip A/R on the latter. With DSN just ask for PAM1A crystal with no A/R.
