PO 42mm Insert

Just a quick question. Does anyone know how to remove the gen insert from the gen bezel of the 42 mm PO?

I have a gen PO and have removed the bezel from the case. I have a black aftermarket insert that I want to replace the orange one with. But I cant seem to remove the insert from the bezel.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

I would be interrested to know more about the first step. How do you remove the bezel. Like on a sub with a knife or a razor blade ?

I removed the bezel with a knife and wedging it in between the case and the bezel. Its the same method as removing a rolex bezel. The only thing is the PO's bezel requires more force.
