Little help with my BCE

Bought a BCE and it looks fine.

Nevertheless, when the chrono buttons are in this position, chrono doesn't work.

But when I unscrew the chronos, they work fine.

Is this something that's easily fixable or should I return to dealer?

You're fine - the knurled collar around the pusher should be un-screwed when you want to use the chrono, then screwed back down again to lock and disable the pushers.

It is the same on the genuine... I believe this is what makes them water resistant. It is the same on the panerai ferrari that I have.

A lot of Chrono pushers work this way. It allows them to be water tight when in the locked-down position.
