Aquaracer Chrono ring from bezel loose.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could give me any suggestions on how to fix this watch. The inner ring of the bezel came off after my two year old baby smashed it on the floor. There are no signs of glue anywhere in the gap where the ring was. I took it to a watch repair man, and he told me to take it to the authorized Tag dealer for repair, go figure, this is a replica. I have attached some pictures, I realize these must be the worst pictures in the history of this site, but you have to understand I'm still very shocked by this.
