Omega SMP Crown Issue

I bought an Omega Seamaster Professional about 3 or 4 yeas ago and now when pulling on the crown to set time when I push in it doesn't always catch. I am assuming I can buy parts off of ofrei? Just don't know what the names of the parts necessary are? Thanks and also where is best to send it to have the service done vacc? Thanks in advance.
