I believe it needs some modding...and I do not know how to get the ring out. Previous "act first, think later" actions did not always turned out the way I wanted, so a guide (perhaps with some pictures) would definitely come in handy! Thanks! Thanks! first you remove the bezel (you have 2 models: screwed or pressed) than you remove the crystal. when the crystal is removed you can remove the chrono ring. The gen one needs to be shaved to make it work with the rep case. This is a very difficult job because the tekst on it will damage very quickly. Good luck!
