Panerai Rep Advice

So, I am new here, I bought an IWC a couple of weeks back and want to add to my collection. My next addition I want is a Panerai, I have been looking at the Marina but want to hear from you guys. My wrists are small, I need to work out more, so which Panerai has the smallest face? They all seem to be fairly chunky watches. Also, I'm looking to spend between $150 and $250 dollars, any recommendations on dealers (I don't know their names yet so names like Angus don't click yet)? Any help you could lend would be much appreciated.
