Breitling reserce de marche

Yesterday I was gifted a Breitling watch by the owner of a company I've been working the last month (they bought a company from our company and I was sent to them to implement the customers, products and IT)

Can anybody tell me where to have it restored by a Replica WIS (EU based) , the minute hand needs to be relumed, service of the movement and a polish.

Breitling will charge me 400 Euro for it and that's almost the value of the complete watch while it is a simple 2892 (7).

Does anybody know a EU based "The Zigmeister"

Yes there is, do a search for "Domi" or "Domenico", he comes highly recommended.
