That is the one thing I am still trying to sort out. I saw a couple of the gens from say 4 feet away on folks wrist last weekend and it looked to me like the "checkerboard stripes" (very scientific ) appear to lay out diagonally rather than vertical I am seeing in the pics. in any case this latest generation of EVO's are very impressive,
