I am helping out a fellow member, Deltahoe, and when I went to remove his crystal, it slipped in my holder and sheared off the crown and broke the stem. We think we have a replacement crown (and in fact, I think I might be able to get the small remnants of the stem out of the existing crown), but I definitely will need a replacement stem.
