Hello Guys,

I have never been so confused in my life!! I want a Slyland and so the age old question arises ..V2 or V3? Believe me I have done all my homework and read different threads on geek and RWI.

1. Which would have a better movement..coz I dont want one which I needs to get fixed after paying a good $200-300.

2. I was thinking of putting a gen dial and was wondering which would be a better option in the longer run in this case?

Thanks

Well gee,you went to RG and RWI first now came here?,i dont think i should help you with such simpleton questions they couldn't... :nonono:

Movement is the same in both and is good. The dial swap i have only heard of one attempt and was a success, though on such an inexpensive gen,i think the lack of tries is due to that. The dial is good on the rep, just have a modder relume it if your fussy.

Not at all Dave I was merely expressing the extent of my research.... after completely burning out the midnight oil on the threads on RWG I proceeded to the other two just to read. This is my first post and have always been a resident of rwg :)

Thanks for the input. appreciate it very much. I cant understand why then do people particularly find a problem with the V2 movement? I suppose ur right I think all stick with the rep and just relume it .. Cheers.
