Watch Repair Question

Is there anyone on this board that reapirs reps or do you all just work on your own watches?

I ask because on one of my prior/uninformed rep purchases, my Chopard happy diamond watch arrived with a broken crystal and the not so happy diamonds scattered to who knows where. When I tried to contact the seller, I never got any answers to multiple emails, phone # disconnected, you get the picture.

I really like the watch and would love to have this outer crystal replaced, any ideas or suggestions for me?
