Hi all,

Just been in ctc with davidsen to get a custom made pam138h made.

I'm a total newbie and inexperienced when it comes to specs etc. any help would be appreciated.

I must say davidsen communication has been fantastic. I basically wanT a really good replica , as close to the genuine as possible and maybe mod it after as I know there will always be some kind of flaws. Just looking for some friendly advice.

He has said it comes with a sapphire case/Asian 6497 swan neck movement. Would a Swiss eta not be better? I've also asked for superlume job as I've heard he does this well and also AR. Any specifics on lugs and other parts and components I should ask for??

Any thoughts and comments appreciated.

That price of $280 seems rather steep. DSN was more of a dealer to go too before super reps came about. I'd advising checking trusty's site and picking one there. They even have swiss movements too.http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=37_45
