Scam site?

Hi all.

It is not a watch question but a general site question.

What are signs that you are dealing with scammers.

for instance this site: http://www.thenikefreerun.org/

to my noob eye it looks trustworthy.

But then when I search the internet I come across similar build sites.

Like this one: www.nikefreebuy.com

so can you please give some advice what to look for?

In general if the site is not on this list I'd never even consider it.
