Want to buy a Panerai...prefer stainless bracelet

personally I can't stand leather or rubber bracelets. unfortunately the majority of Panerai watches i see have these.

what are my options for a Panerai, preferably a Luminor, with a stainless bracelet? do i have to bite the bullet and buy one with a leather strap thenwap it out?
