Hey all, I dunno if this is the right place to be putting this, but as its pam related I thought as much..

I'm getting an 026k soon, but looking into getting a new strap for it.

I know what the ass strap looks like on it, and that's high up on my list, but I was wondering what other straps suit the V1, like a brown croc strap?

Just wanted to see if y'all could give me some inspiration as to what i want to get for it...

Have no pics for you, but personally don't think the dark brown asso strap is a great choice for this watch.

I would look at some lighter color straps.

An OEM JV for example would be the [censored] if you like croc.

If too pricey Orloff and Peterwatch have there versions of sueded JV style croc straps.

Any lighter brown/tan/gold strap with either black edges or black stitches tends to really look good with the dark case.

The JV strap is definitely a nice combination of 'suede-like' look and the ruggedness of a croc strap..

Thanks for that, I didn't know about it.

Even tho it's prob too much for me, how much would the Gen strap be?

Oem jv is expensive $300 or so

Peterwatch and orloff alternatives are 100-150

I emailed orloff and he doesn't have a JV style strap, and it doesn't seem as if he will be able to make one or me either - all he said was "here are the straps I have available to buy" and gave me a link.

Who is peterwatch?
