How to fix keyless works?

So it looks like I botched the keyless works on my 390. Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial to fix this on my own? Or is it a repair that is best left to the pros? I have no problem taking a movement out of a watch but have never removed hands and dial....

You need to uncase the movement, lift the dial and hands to do a reset of the keyless.

Not exactly brain surgery, still a challenge if you don't have the tools or experience.
