A7753 loose small minute hand

I have a problem will the small chronograph minute hand it seems loose when you move the watch the hand moves about 1 minute.

It seems tight on the pin, and works perfectly when the chrono is activated.

Is there something I can do to rectify this.

The movement is in the Pam326m Daylight.

Is there a dissassembly guide for this movement anywhere?
