Pre A Case set: Need your help to advise the good source

Hi Guys,

I have the Pre 2A dial, 6497 Swiss movement and Caseback only. I plan to built the complete watch so I need your help to advise the good source with the best rep for the case set, case + sapphire No AR + CG + T48 Crown+Stem for crown.

Where to buy them? Please advise.

For Pre-A it is more of a contemporary case than the Pre-V. But W0lf absolutely knows his stuff on this.
