Question about PAM029M

I have read in few threads that PAM029 noob factory is pretty good rep out of the box.

Would this be a good one to get. I think I will get the swiss eta as its a close back.

Im a newbie but from what Ive read in other posts the Swiss movt is not worth it, and there wouldn't be much if any difference since both movts are modified for GMT = it would not be a genuine Swiss movt.
