GMT MASTER II superlume. Greenish hands?

Hi!

Recently I've purchased a superlume GMT from Trevor. I've owned another GMT before and I found this watch with greenish hands in comparison with dial marks. Do you think the same?

What mods I got to do to obtain a great GMT from this? AR cyclops? Gen bezel? Crown?

Where could I found these mods?
