whitestripes Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 I really like the looks of the Mark XVI but want it in a Swiss movement and nice bracelet, which is offered by timefactors for about $540 on a nice bracelet, genuine ETA 2824. hxxp://www.timefactors.com/speedbird.htm review: hxxp://www.watcharama.com/speedbird3.htm Do they sell hands with same post diameters to fit a 2824 that are the same shape as those on the mark xvi? I don't like the blunt hour hand that much. How bout a similar dial? I'm talking about aftermarket ebay people or something along those lines.
milhouse Posted September 7, 2012 Report Posted September 7, 2012 I think raffles-time sells a hand set, but they're long (~17mm, IIRC- made for larger dials). sk-watchparts sells dials of varying diameters, as do several eBay sellers. You'd have to measure your dial opening and inner case dimensions to know what might work.
