Can you overwind a a21j movement?

I have many a21j watches and I recently purchased a winder to keep them wound. However the winder I have runs quite frequently and I do not want to damage my watches by leaving them on there for days and days. I know winders can wear down movements over time but I am more concerned about them being over wound and breaking. I know gens have «slipclutches» which prevent overwinding but are reps (a21j) fitted with the same system that will prevent any damage?

A watch with a rotor can't be overwound.

Aren't the Asian 21j movements pretty much a Seiko NH25A or very similar Myota movement? These are actually pretty decent movements, cheap and more than up to the task of keeping time in a sporty diver!
