Noob question about EMS ?

My TD send me that :

" First I will EMS or DHL send to SPAIN , after SPAIN to France

Total need 2-3weeks "

It's that normal ? I thought EMS was like One week Maximum to France ?

Sounds about right. Especely now in x-mas times! Its about 1week from China to Spain, then the "toro" maybe need's a few days to re-rout the parcel to you in France and from France to Spain it can take 1,5 week. So the TD is right, he has calculated maybe 5days delays and that is normal!
